With support from ConEdison, LMHQ is offering free meeting and event space grants to eligible nonprofits throughout 2019.  Meeting room space will be made available free of charge twice per month on Monday evenings and can accommodate 16 people board-room style or up to 30 people audience style.  The 120-person event space will be available one evening per month, only on weekday evenings, Monday through Thursday.
 
To support as many different nonprofits as possible, we're now rolling out bookings on a quartery basis. We're now accepting applications for usage of the grant January through March 2019. Please include your requested date in your application or feel free to submit to be notified for the next round of allocations.
 
Application dates for the remainder of the year are below. Those selected will be notified within five business days of the application close date.
 
For usage in April, May, and June 2019: applications open February 1 - February 15th
For usage in July, August, and September 2019: applications open May 1 - May 10th
For usage in October, November, and December 2019: application open August 1 - August 12th
 
**Eligible nonprofits are able to utilize the grant once for the meeting room space and once for the event space**.  Nonprofits always receive 25% off rental prices at LMHQ.
