Are you a coworking space?

No, we are a nonprofit collaborative workspace. We function as an add-on to your office -- get away from your desk and take up some space here, hold a meeting, or host an event for up to 120 guests.

Do you offer dedicated seats at LMHQ?

We offer flexible, open seating and do not have any dedicated seats. LMHQ is for the nomadic worker and those that want to be a part of our growing community, rather than being your full-time office space.

Where are you located, and what are your hours?

We're located in Lower Manhattan just two blocks south of Fulton Station on the 20th floor of 150 Broadway. Our corner office space has oversized windows with tons of light and incredible views.

We're open and staffed Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. Certain membership types include 24/7 access.

Is LMHQ ADA Accessible?

Yes! All of LMHQ is fully ADA accessible. Our 20th floor location can be accessed via elevator and the full floor is accessible. Please be aware our Greeley meeting room table is at standing height.

What are the perks of membership?

In addition to our flexible spaces, access to our online community, and free tickets to LMHQ programs, members gain access to our high-speed internet, free Stumptown coffee and are able to promote events and happenings within our newsletter. You can read all about the perks of membership here.

Do you offer a day pass?

We do! A day pass costs $30 and includes access to our open workspace for working, meeting and lounging for the full day. Day passes also offer a la carte conference room access. To check out our conference room sizes and amenities, have a look at our Rent LMHQ page.

Do you provide free meeting or event space?

We offer free space through our Con Edison Bright Ideas Grant to eligible nonprofits. Each eligible nonprofit is able to use the Tesla Classroom and Event Space once per calendar year. Availability is on a rolling basis and space is available as part of the grant twice per month for Tesla and once per month for the Event Space on Monday to Thursday evenings. Are pets permitted at LMHQ?

Unfortunately we can't allow pets due to building rules. However, service animals are working animals and not pets. Service animals are permitted as per ADA and New York law.
