Date: 09/24/2020

Time: 10:00am
Where: LMHQ, Virtual,
Fee: FREE

Working from home can blur the lines between professional and “play” time. From balancing parenting with deadlines to sending emails up until bedtime, it has become harder and harder to create boundaries within the workday.

In this workshop, join business consultant, lawyer, and strategic advisor Kate Carney to learn how to master time management in order to avoid burnout. Kate will review the importance of effective time management and the implications of today's environment on the notion of "balance”. You’ll come away from the workshop with strategies for managing time and setting boundaries that align with your well-being and vision.

About Our Speaker:

Kate Carney is an experienced business consultant, lawyer, and strategic advisor. Today, she helps scale businesses, empower female founders with game-changing ideas, and encourage investment by women and in women!

Working with clients, she takes a founder-centric approach to performance, focusing on leadership, talent, and organizational design. She believes the alignment of these critical areas results in a culture that supports sustainable growth. She works with her clients to help them transition successfully from Founder to CEO, to develop and engage their teams, and to facilitate innovation and collaboration.

She has 14+ years of legal experience. Most recently, she served as legal counsel to startups from formation to exit. Prior to working with startups, she worked with corporates and hedge fund clients on corporate matters as well as a range of board matters, crisis response and reputational risk, and stakeholder engagement.
