At this interactive training, we'll explore best practices for communicating clearly and productively in-person, on the phone, and online, as well as how to resolve workplace issues as they happen. In doing so, you’ll learn how to save yourself time, prevent wasted effort, and improve your bottom line. 
 
This workshop is led by GoldJam Creative, a company that teaches communication skills using their background in acting and comedy, combined with hard research.

This workshop is led by Jen Jamula, co-founder of GoldJam Creative, an organization dedicated to exploring the influence of the Information Age on communication, and to bringing comedy and creativity to the workplace. GoldJam leads communication skills workshops for companies, co-working spaces, incubators and student groups as varied as Buzzfeed, Time Warner, Spotify, NBCU, DreamIt Ventures, Barnard, The Girl Scouts of NY, Penguin Random House, American Express and more. They coach companies on public speaking, pitching, giving and receiving feedback, unconscious bias and inclusion, effective communication, and more. Co-founders Allison Goldberg and Jen Jamula are also comedians, and were recently featured on the cover of Time Out New York, which ranked them among “the 10 funniest women in NYC”. Their comedy projects have been featured in WIRED, Forbes, Newsweek, Vice, among others.
