Aligning Personal Values and Professional Goals Through Narrative

Date: 03/10/2021

Time: 6:00pm
Where: LMHQ, Virtual,
Fee: FREE

As we make our way through 2021, chances are that you don't look at your career (or anything) quite the way you used to. Maybe you have new insights about your goals, or you just feel differently about what you want from a job, but you don't know where to start. This webinar will help you craft a narrative that reflects your personal values and a new perspective.

As you look toward the future, seeing this change as part of your larger story or narrative can be an enlightening first step. Finding and expressing your values in story form will help you identify your strengths, as you refocus and begin to identify and pitch yourself to prospective employers or clients. You'll be introduced to a few basic storytelling principles like story arc, scenic, narrative detail, and theme. You'll find that storytelling will help you see the past and possibilities in a different light.
